Photinia Leaf Spot

Symptoms

Looks like fungal leaf spot infections and red to purple spots appear on the leaves.  This appears to be most severe on plants in low-lying or shady areas.

Treatment

Plant in full sun and allow good air circulation.  Avoid overhead watering and cleanup any dropped leaves.  Then, in early spring use our fungicide applications to keep the disease under control.  We recommend three applications approximately 21 days apart.
